Let's take communication skills for example, which is part of fundamental expression and is directly related to success. Its practical aspect is that only when we can present our project the right way to people can we hope to attract investors. Hence, we must improve our visual communication alongside our language.

There are many similar aspects of education which one might not find in the curriculum but they surely make education more relevant and meaningful in modern times.

• We will discuss the changes that can be brought about in education system and curriculum to achieve this in the School Improvement Plan.

Personality development is an essential part of education and teachers are responsible for it. Therefore, teachers must have awareness and understanding of personality development. Their own personality is also very important because in India students consider them as God. Students trust teachers and seek their advice, so teachers have a great responsibility to maintain impartiality and nobility in their personality. Teachers have to adopt very high standards in their thinking, behavior, and personality so that their life can become a role model for students.

Keeping this in mind, Let's Talk has prepared a special personality development program for teachers. The aim of this program is to provide teachers with an improved and logical way of thinking and to develop the same mindset in students so that an environment of advanced and rational thinking can be created in the country.
