The aim of Let's Talk Personalized Learning (LTPL) is to develop this awareness among young people. For this, LTPL has prepared a curriculum for personality development based on discussions (Motivational Talks) and study. It is based on Complementary Learning, which means a curriculum that provides completeness to academic education. 

This personality development course is available at three levels - school level, college level, and competition exam level. There is a separate personality development course available for civil services students at the competition level. There is also a separate personality development course available for teachers that focuses on expected personality and modern teaching methods.

This is the first attempt of its kind in this country. Personality is the basic principle of civil service.
