After extensive experience in the field of education, I realized that students are not aware of the growth and fixed mindset, which prevents them from thinking outside the box.
It is certain that they lack independent thinking and are using misleading information and incorrect premises in decision making.
Additionally, they have very little awareness about career and personality, which makes it difficult for them to find any purpose in their lives.
Recognizing these challenges, the concept of devising a program emerged—one that could equip students with the requisite cognitive tools and foster holistic personal growth. Thus, the vision for a comprehensive Holistic Development Plan, intertwined with a Career Development Program, took shape.
Objective
Let's Talk Personalized Learning is dedicated to enhancing students' learning experiences and fostering their holistic development.
Recognizing the importance of Quality education, Holistic development, Critical thinking, Informed decision-making, Quality of life, Career awareness, Personality development, Scientific thinking, a Global perspective, General awareness, and Sustainable development, we established Let's Talk Personalized Learning to facilitate discussions on these vital aspects.
It offers programs such as Motivational Talk, Education Talk, Career Talk, Personality Talk and Developed India Talk to engage students in meaningful dialogues.
Emphasizing the uniqueness of each student, we prioritize personalized learning to nurture their original thinking and talents. Our commitment extends to providing personalized career counseling and student improvement plans to support their individual growth.
Career Literacy
In a country like India, where traditional mindsets and limited career literacy persist, discussing education and careers becomes imperative.
To address this, we have developed the pioneering Career Development Program aimed at promoting career literacy and informed decision-making nationwide.
Taking into consideration the holistic development of students, we have prepared a Holistic Development Plan which will elevate education to a new level in the country.
Recognizing the pivotal role of teachers in the education system, we have also devised a comprehensive Teacher Motivation Program to empower educators. Furthermore, we endeavor to popularize Mathematics through our Speed Maths program, igniting students' interest in the subject.
All these programs/courses are very useful for the personality development of students and their holistic development, and they bring about a very positive change in the atmosphere of schools/colleges.
Vision
One thing we have observed throughout the country is that students, when selecting a course or institute at the graduate level, do not write a statement of purpose. They do not engage in informed decision-making. Consequently, even after graduating, students frequently struggle to develop a clear understanding of their future.
We aim to address this issue by helping youth develop critical thinking skills and make informed decisions.

In light of statistics revealing a deficiency in employability skills among graduates and a concerning unemployment rate among educated youth in India, our programs offer a promising solution.
